Winter Formal

Saturday, December 13 i went to my first dance/date. The dance was Winter Formal Girls ask guy and i asked my friend Paul. My group was my friends Kelsey and Kacie with their dates Sam and Blake. We had a long day full of laughs and fun moments that will be treasured for years to come. For our day date we took the Boys to Polar Ice and we all made fools of ourselves as we tried to ice skate. I didn't fall on my own but my date brought me down with him a couple times. Then after gaining a few bruises and sore feet we went to Moki's and had lunch. My wonderful sisiter Lindsey did my hair and my makeup! She is amazing! After getting ready we all met up at our house and took pictures and put on the flowers (which is impossible to put on the guy's flowers by the way). Then we went to Kacie's house where her mom made a wonderful dinner and, of course, we took even more pictures. We danced our hearts out all night and had an amazing time. I ended up going solo for some of the time because my date was a nominee for royalty. I guess i picked well for a date haha, but i did find some other people to dance with while he fulfilled his royal duties. It was a successful first date!

Girls Camp

This year for ward camp we went up to Over Guard up by Heber. One of our leaders' friends let us borrow his cabin so it was my kind of campin :). I was a fourth year this year and learned many new things. My Mom was able to come up with me which made the experience even more enjoyable.

This is another one of my best friends...My very best friend on this earth. I love her with all my heart. Her being there just made it the best year of girls camp ever!

This is the area we hiked in. The day we went hiking was probably the best day up there. After we went on the hike we had the opportunity to go the the Snow Flake temple to do baptisms for the dead. I have been to do baptisms lots of times before but never at the Snow Flake temple. It was one of the best days of my life. It was so peaceful in there. I was able to do about ten names that day. And i was looking through them i thought of them as not just names on paper but as real people. I love this gospel and it's just amazing to me everything the church is.

our ward has a tradition that we always have a dance party. Me and my mom danced together to Maneater. Yes, i do dance like my mother. but im proud ot it :D

Pool Party/Shaving Party

My friend Bree came over yesterday and after talking and laughing for a hour we started to get bored. So we stared thinking of something fun we could do. We wanted to go swimming but then again we didnt want to really get too wet. So out came the baby pool and we decided to just sit in there for a bit and then try to tan a little too(cuz i could use a little tanning haha). So after sitting in the pool for a bit we nitced that we were pretty hairy. So i went inside grabbed a couple of razors and a bar of soap. Suprisingly it was really fun :)

Girls Night

Kelsey was in town for a week and lets just say it was a crazy fun week. On Saturday Night we all did a fun craft, took americas next top model pics, and stuffed our faces with a good amount of food. We always have so much fun together! I love all my sisters they are really my best friends! I love you guys. Thanks for teaching me a new skill guys :)

Cinderella

Friday from 8 till 3 i was cleaning away in my room. I cleaned from my jewlery box to the ceiling. I even dusted off all of kelsey's dolls! But now we can have a nice clean pretty room

For our final project in English we did a decades project. My group was so lucky and got the 80's!!! I did my section of the project on music and dance of the time. Which got me hooked on Michael Jackson( im still trying to figure out if thats good or not haha). And also as part of the presentation we got to dress up!!! All i have to say is i should have been born in the 80's.

Kitties!!!

Ok i know that its kinda late to be blogging about the kittens but better late than never. Our cat that we adopted got prego so we were able to have 4 adorable kittens. There was one kitten named princess(later we found out it was a boy though haha) and he was the one that i loved the most cuz he would just cuddle up with me and all my stuff. It was so cute! We would also bring them out on sundays sometimes and play w/ them in the front yard. Kittens are SO cute! They are gone now but we love them still.
